  • "Alisha is like a baby whisper, being a first time mom I felt very nervous about getting baby soothed and could not figure out what was wrong with my baby or was it me?" Alisha showed me how to listen to my babies cues and helped me listen and watch my babies movements, it was amazing to see she was so on point! I was able to see and learn I had everything my baby needed I just had to learn what her cues and cry's looked like. I was able to tell when my little one needed to change versus oh she's starving."

  • "Lactation was so hard to do comfortably while healing. Alisha had such great techniques and positions, such as my fav, side lying position. I was able to actually lay down and breastfeed without being hunched over and uncomfortable while cramping! It was the best! I actually got to rest and heal while feeding my baby. Hubby was able to do the changes and I alternated sides while baby had safe space around. Alisha made sure I kept up with my own hydration and nutrition. She is truly nurturing and what every mom needs during recovery and postpartum."
