Prenatal Support
- Immediate support through email, phone and text as needed.
- Prenatal meetings to cover birth preferences, advocacy and coping techniques
Labor Support
- Calming presence at your birth
- Coaching on coping techniques, comforting touch and visualizations
- Assistance with self advocacy and navigating the medical system
Postpartum Support
- Basic Package: Initial support with recovery and initiating feeding.
- Extended postpartum Package: additional instruction on baby care ie diapering, soothing techniques, baby’s first birth, etc

The Details

The Basic Birth Package: 2 prenatal sessions, labor support and 2 postpartum check-ins
The Birth Package with Extended Postpartum Support: 2 prenatal sessions, labor support and 4 postpartum three hr visits . Offered only by select doulas.
Prices range from $800-$4500 per package based on the doula’s experience, credentials, and expertise

Birth doulas receive education on the anatomy and physiology of the birth process, challenging birth scenarios, possible hospital interventions, physical and emotional support techniques, advocacy skills, initial postpartum time and more!
