Hypno experience
Nadrina is a birth and postpartum doula and certified lactation counselor whose approach is grounded in close and active listening. Nadrina appreciates that each family comes to the experience with their own set of circumstances and values, and that as a result there is no one-size-fits-all approach. Her goal is to center your voice and provide you with the information and support you need to confidently make the decisions that are best for your family, whatever they may be.
Nadrina sees birth as a testament to the power of the mind, of the body, and sometimes of medicine. She is continually amazed by the process and honored to be a part of the experience. Nadrina has supported a wide variety of births, including unmedicated births, planned cesareans, inductions, and VBACs.
Nadrina lives in Prospect Heights with her roommates and her dog, Frank. In her free time, she enjoys long walks through the park with Frank and hosting dinner parties for friends. Prior to becoming a doula, Nadrina studied modern Middle Eastern history at Yale and worked in political and nonprofit consulting.
