Breastfeeding - not as easy as you thought!

The movies paint this picture of a beautiful mother calming feeding her baby while sitting in a rocking chair. What people don't see is all the hard work that it takes to get there. The first few weeks are usually a time of sore, cracked nipples, engorgement and often uncomfortable latches. The biggest culprit to these issues - a shallow latch! It turns out that often breastfeeding doesn't come as naturally as one thought. This video is a great example of how to assist your little one in getting that deep latch.
